An ongoing, eclectic commentary on Unitarian Universalism, after retirement from active ministry--as I see it, practice it, and love it, with sidebars on life, love and the pursuit of happiness.
As someone who grew up in Oklahoma, and still gets a huge part of his identity from that (strangely!), it pains me to see that you've never visited. Ouch! Especially since you've visited all six neighboring states. Double ouch!
How nice of you both to invite me to visit (or revisit) your states! Jay, it's only for lack of opportunity or inspiration that I have not visited Oklahoma. After all, "OKLAHOMA!" was my favorite musical! And I would love to visit the Happy Kitten Cottage!

Tulsa's beautiful, full of art deco architecture. Or we could find you a great powwow to visit in Oklahoma City (or elsewhere). There are lots of good hiking opportunities, too, as there are many different terrains to enjoy.
I should obviously get paid by the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.
And if you decide to come back to Georgia, feel free to stop in Small Town for a visit! My family & I would be happy to have you.

Wow! You really get around, don't you?
Er, I mean... that is...
