An ongoing, eclectic commentary on Unitarian Universalism, after retirement from active ministry--as I see it, practice it, and love it, with sidebars on life, love and the pursuit of happiness.
My kitties are even less amused by the weather here- no snow, but... normal temp for today, 37; record high, 61; right now, 2 degrees, wind chill -16. The wind was strong enough during the night (wind chill -35) that the furnace couldn't keep up; it got down to 55 inside, and has just now gotten back above 60. The kitties do not approve. It could be worse, though- less than a mile from here power lines snapped from the cold, and 5,000 people are without power.
Max is so looking like he is not digging the snow! My cats are loving it! One keeps begging to go outdoors, he keeps forgetting he is a strickly indoor feline. Thanks for letting me know about the pictures.
Max is mostly disgruntled that he can't stay outside as long as he's used to. He gets cold and wants to come back in but almost immediately, once he's warmed up and eaten something, wants to go back out.

He looks as if he does not approve!
He's grown into a lovely big boy too.
No, he is not a happy camper this morning.

Damn this Global Warming.
I totally ganked your photo of Max, captioned it, and posted it at Rockhoppers. http://www.ferryfolk.com
Thanks, Dan, I loved the way you did up Max's photo.
Joel, hope you've warmed up a bit.
