An ongoing, eclectic commentary on Unitarian Universalism, after retirement from active ministry--as I see it, practice it, and love it, with sidebars on life, love and the pursuit of happiness.
I found this hilarious and yet a little sad. To watch person after person finally admit that they were getting their info from one source--and that one source leans heavily to the right.
I personally was glad to see the bill pass, as imperfect as it was. I have friends and relatives who have worked--at legitimate jobs with actual W2s for those jobs--but had no healthcare. I don't know where all these "lazy" people are who are waiting for their government handouts for healthcare, but everyone I know that will benefit from the bill's passage are hardworking folks who either still have jobs or lost their jobs due to the economy and cannot afford healthcare.
