Getting excited...
about singing tonight at the Rockhoppers Open Mic with my friends Debbie and Richard. Here's the link, where the webcam will probably be operating starting at 7 p.m. PST:
Thanks, all. The open mic went well. We were the only musicians to show up so we could have played all night, but we had only brought three songs. We were asked for an encore, so we did Stardust twice!
I've got the information to embed the video from last night at Ms. Kitty's, so when I get a chance to do it, I'll put it up.
You have a gorgeous voice. Frankly, I find it a bit unfair that you are so talented. Please tell me that you're a messy housekeeper or bite your fingernails or something.
Thanks so much, LE, for your kind words. Actually, just so you know, my cuticles are a mess and I have toenails that will never be exposed to the light of day in sandals. And my cats get on the table. Does that help?
And my kid was a mess in school and is only now getting to be a great student, at age 35 and a half.
And my cat pees on the bed, even when I'm looking.

I'll be in the virtual audience, throwing virtual roses on stage!
Break a leg
I never knew that "Stardust" had words until tonight. Nice voice, Ms. Kitty.

There, that should help.
For that great singing voice? Toenails and cats, you still got the better end of the deal.
Well, shucks, it is pure luck, LE.
