I'm not particularly a country music fan but...
this song is a nice one, with some gorgeous pictures. The river has always been a spiritual symbol for me.
The Talking Heads did a great cover version of Al Green's 'Take Me To The River', in fact it is their version that I first heard, but I thought that I would send you a link to a YouTube video of the original artist performing his own song. The baptism theme certainly fits in with the river as a spiritual symbol.
